Inhabiting the In between delves into the spaces that form the experience of living: the space of the body and mind, the space of memory, and the space that lies between what is known and what is not. It is a bringing together of the material and immaterial, the internal and external, as we seek to challenge these boundaries and what exists within them.

Through film, performance, sculpture, painting, multimedia installation and beyond, the work in this show examines the very human relationship with both tangible and intangible objects and the space they inhabit. We question this relation through a plethora of approaches to materiality, always looking at and moving towards what is just out of reach.
