The atmospheric spaces of the Crypt Gallery make a fitting home for the work of Kim Fordwoh and Emma Yorke, two artists who share an interest in the themes of presence and absence. Working with a range of media, the residency will attempt to bring into sight things normally understood as invisible. Presence offers the chance to encounter loss, grief, regret, sorrow, love and the enduring spirit in the beating heart of London.
