ROOT Flower Show and Sound grows into ‘BULB’, a spring edition of Mab George Sanders multi sensory show, celebrating seasonal foraged and locally grown flowers.
On Fool’s Eve, BULB is a ritual of rebirth and fearless exploration of the new in The Crypt Gallery under Saint Pancras Church.
Saint Pancras was an Ice Saint, ruling over the time of the ‘Blackthorn Winter’, in Slavic folklore the season of tree blossom, therefore we fill the chambers of the crypt with tree shoots and flowers.
Expect live music and sounds by Samuel D Loveless, Francis Wolfe and Nat Cain, Chameleonas and Harry Evans, visuals by Petros Kourtellaris and of course flowers by Mab George Sanders.
